Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed.
Quiet is requested during nighttime hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The tenant is responsible for disposing of their own trash; it must be taken out after 8:00 PM when the bin is outside (never inside the building).
The tenant must leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with kitchen utensils clean and free of food scraps.
Two spare keys are provided; the loss will be charged €30 for each unreturned set of keys.
Keys must never be left in the lock; the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Outside of this period, the following late check-in surcharge applies:
-€30 from 9:00 PM to midnight
-€50 after midnight
Check-out time is 11:00 AM, subject to availability.
Late check-out is available upon request and availability.
Failure to comply with the rules of social distancing, especially those related to neighbors' rest, will result in a €100 deposit withheld.
