Please observe the rules during nighttime rest hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The tenant is responsible for disposing of their own trash. It must be taken out after 8:00 PM when the bin is outside (never inside the building).
The tenant must leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with kitchen utensils clean and free of food scraps.
Two sets of keys are provided; the loss will incur a fee of €50 for each set of keys not returned.
Keys must never be left in the lock; the cost of the locksmith will be borne by the guest.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, subject to availability.
Late check-out is possible upon request and availability.
Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence, and especially with regard to the neighbors' rest, will result in a retention of the security deposit of €100.
- Toilet paper and additional towels will not be provided during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
